It was the best stay in our Portugal holidays. Attention to details is just magical here. Perfect match of Portugal history and new age quality. It exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious with amazing views from the balkony. All hotel feel like home away from home with attentive staff and designed details all over the property. We loved breakfast and dinners there as well. Pools are just amazing. We were happy to dive in the relaxing few days at this villa.

A real hidden jewel in Oporto. The hotel was brand new, extremely clean and the attention to details was great. It had everything we could have wanted and more. The location was also perfect for our visit. Our room was facing the internal garden with the pool and it was very quiet, I also have to say that we never slept in a more comfortable bed, it was such a struggle to get my wife up the next day. The very fast and stable Wi-Fi was definitely a great plus as the free rental bikes were. Ivo was such an amazing host and he made us feel welcome even before we stepped thru the door. He was very helpful and his suggestions were spot on. He also assisted with a lovely alternative breakfast due to Gluten Free and Vegan requirements (I suggest to tell them in advance so they can be better organised).

On the two nights I stayed,I had private access to a perfect kitchen ,not only a shower but a bath and all was kept so clean.I slept with no noise from cars or neighbours in a large bedroom .The wi-fi was very good and my host was so helpful and accommodating.A short walk to the metro and supermarkets made it just perfect .I am hoping to return next year in November as Matosinho's Palace was the accommodation that ticked all the boxes at a very fair price .

Outstanding value for money. Excellent knowledgeable and professional staff, very clean, lovely rooms with a great range of English language television programmes. Great bathroom. Everything very modern. Complimentary transfers were excellent both ways tailor made to suit my requirements with perfect communication. I had a very late flight and they let me stay in the room until 6pm free of charge. Easy walk to the metro station and they give you a card to use on the metro. I've stayed in Porto several times and this hotel is by far the best.
