The hotel is amazing! This is our first time in Koh Samui island, and we are very happy to choose this hotel, after looking at many other 5-star hotels. The staff are very friendly and greet you every time you see them. We traveled as a family of 4, including 2 kids for 9 nights. The hotel had everything we needed. First, the rooms are great, the breakfast has many options (open from 7am to 11am). They have 2 swimming pools, one at the beach and other is around all the hotel, with 2 water slides. There is also a kids club and has different schedule everyday, with a small area with small slide, water tower, great for kids under 4 years old. Kids club also has a small trampo which kids can enjoy sometimes. The restaurant at the beach/pool area was great! Great menu with many choices. We were looking for a hotel with a good beach access, and we were very happy to find out that the beach at Melia is amazing! The beach area in front of the hotel is clean, no rocks, but other hotels around Melia have rocks and not as clean beach as Melia. There are also jetski for rent next to the hotel, we were riding almost everyday. We will definately go back to Melia Koh Samui once we visit again. We really recommend this hotel if you want to relax!

Hotel is a real gem because of the lush garden and the direct access to the pool from the room terrace. The beach im front of the hotel is not for swimming, but hotel staff was womderful and they hekped with providing excellent taxi service to nearby beaches. The room was bery big and all im wood, with super comfortable bed. Also, the in-house massage s were excellent. I enjoyed my stay there because it felt like staying in botanical garden and I loved swimming in the pool under frangipani trees. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

My husband and I loved the place. Everything was perfect. From the location to the cleanliness of the house and the staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but the team went out of their way to get our room ready for us early. The room itself was exactly as advertised and surpassed our expectations. The pool was great and made even better with the fun lighting options. John helped us get a bike to ride around the island and gave us excellent recommendations on the best places to eat and visit. Our stay was made extra special by a visit from Birdie - a friendly parrot who I wish I could have brought home with me.
