clean beach with clear and calm water full of fish to watch, beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful landscaping and flowers every where , super big dining area and buffet with so many options to choose , beautiful white villas with balcony and flowers around it. I got a Turkish bath and massage which was wonderful and the name of the lady helped me was Rose. whatever i say is not enough to describe the beauty of the place .

Fantastic hotel up above Bodrum, just 10 minutes walk into town. Incredible staff, fabulously run establishment with keen attention to detail, and an excellent rooftop restaurant. Good (limited) parking above and below the hotel. We will come back soon!

Ayaz Suites has been absolutely incredible! The hotel is brand new, with beautiful facilities throughout. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need for a long stay, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are gorgeous, and the gym is much larger than most hotel gyms I’ve used. It’s within easy walking distance of plenty of food options, and there’s a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. The main port is about a 20-minute walk, with a short steep hill along the way. The staff are all so lovely – we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. 10/10 would recommend!

First and foremost, the Max Assistants at Maxx Royal Bodrum are genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest. Asli, Inonu, and Mehli went above and beyond to cater to my every need, offering personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The luxuriously designed rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and the comfort of the bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The resort's extensive facilities, including multiple pools, a private beach, a spa, and various dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment, leaving guests spoilt for choice. Dining at Maxx Royal Bodrum is an experience in itself. The culinary offerings are diverse and of exceptional quality. Such an amazing vacation! We have been to many hotels in Turkey and abroad. This hotel exceeded our expectations especially the personnel. Literally every one was super kind, professional and went out of their way to provide an excellent service. Special thanks to the team at the beach restaurant and the beach bar. The alcoholic drinks were super good and of the highest quality. The food is a bit repetitive at the main restaurant but you can have pizza, burger, pasta and other dishes which are also of a great quality at the beach restaurant. The hotel's private beach is one of the best in Turkey. Clean, crystal clear and calm all the time. No waves at all and suitable for kids. Don't be put off by negative comments. We were a little apprehensive when we read the comments but everything turned out to be perfect. We had the deluxe sea view double room and it was perfect for us. Beautiful terrace with sun loungers, chairs and an amazing view. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have an unforgettable holiday! We'll be back next year for sure.
