From the moment we arrived we were made to feel as if we had been welcomed into someone’s home. Our host and his staff were always helpful, and Nobu news too much trouble. Our rooms were beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and restful. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist centre, in a quiet area, yet still easy walking distance to everything you need. The breakfast was mainly a traditional Turkish meal served buffet style, which also included some western options which was much appreciated by our teenager.

Everything was PERFECT! Starting from the room which was spotlessly clean, very comfy beds, room size was perfect, then staff which were so attentive and helped us with everything, to the breakfast which was one of the best I had in Turkey!! OMG, we were sitting at the breakfast for 2 hours because we did not want to leave all the food which was AMAZING!

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable seating in garden. Excellent breakfast. PERFECT LOCATION and parking. Short walk to sites, dinner, or cafe. Comfortable beds, a/c, stone construction kept the room cool and very quiet. This area beats Goreme because it is quieter, better views, and more relaxing.

Gorgeous hotel in the quiet and beautiful Uchisar (better than the chaotic Goreme). The rooms are very large and cosy. The mattress very confortable. The staff was kind and helpful! 1. Location is excellent; quiet yet in the middle of everything. Uchisar castle is at 4 min walking distance; Guvercinlik valley starts right at the door of the hotel- so you can do a fantastic hike to Goreme through the valley. 2. Staff; all of the staff treat you like family, we felt at home every second of the day. Melek Hn and Seda Hn at the reception are exceptionally hands on for all our requests (balloon ride and the Swirling Dervish night; they found a last minute guide for us too!! Incredibly helpful. 3. Food; is home cooked turkish food quality. breakfast served in the morning has incredible variety and is impossible for 2 people to finish. (And we eat a lot) The Pacanga borek is a must for anyone to try. They have a great wine collection both from the region and from other parts of Turkey. The service is impeccable, always with smiley faces and in a way that puts you first! 4. Rooms - are very nice! Authentic experience. Wide selection for your budget and for your taste. 5. Owners- Can Bey and Sanem Hanim are always on the property to check in on you and your comfort / joy. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay; they treat you as a friend and share all the local secrets of the area with you. We got a personal tour from Can Bey around the hotel just at the beginning of the Guvercinlik Valley. Fantastic to have such an experience shared with the passionate local people.

Loved that We could see the castle directly from our window. Unfortunately the balloons Did not fly because of weather but it would have been perfect. The breakfast was fabulous! I had never experience a Turkish Breakfast and was overwhelmed with all the different items they filled the table with. Gotta love a country that served french fries for breakfast!

    Uchisar is a small town, and they were easily located close to everything. Also, right next to Taxi stand. Bathrooms have huge bath tubs, Jacuzzi style. Hosts are very warm and eager to help. The breakfast was a lavish spread, and young boys Nuri and Harun were extremely helpful and pleasent. Paprkia Burger Place was a great lunch/dinner spot with 5* food!
