The hotel is modern, clean and warm in a green area with a beautiful panoramic view on the Gulf of Izmit. Thanks to staying there we learnt about Cemre Shipyard (educational moment haha). Hotel has own restaurant and roof bar, serve breakfast and dinner. Meals looks tasty. Tea and coffee corner is accessable for guests all the time. Staff at reception is very nice and friendly. Pity we have stayed only for a sleepover and missed breakfast. Next time. Please take into consideration it's 100 km away from Istanbul airport and 20 km from Yalova. Access to highway is not far, but drining out at night be careful with right exits and directions.

The property itself is very modern, appealing and clean. All rooms are spacious and elegant. The staff delivers an extraordinary service level. We did have several special request (medication delivery by taxi as well as drinks and food deliveries to our room) which where fulfilled promptly. We can only recommend this hotel, especially when you are looking for a hotel in or near Pendik. I doubt that there is any better one than this!

You don't have to go far for a unique Thermal Spa experience. Istanbul's only Thermal Hotel is ready to serve you a full thermal content.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but at Istanbul Medikal Termal we did not really need to go far. The restaurant was fantastic, staff were always eager to assist and the spa facilities and staff were fantastic. Teo (Massage Therapist) was so patient with my daughter who accompanied me. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!
