This is, without any doubt, the BEST resort/hotel I ever been to. The staff, food, facilities, cleanlines, comfort, location and value for money is 10/10. When I first stepped into the resort with my family, our breath were taken away from us, it was so beautiful that we just stood there and making WOW noises and our kids felt at home! Staff The staff were proffesional, friendly and very helpful. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Some in particular to mention are Steven Kagoma, Rosemary Natse and Khalfan Mbarouk from food and beverage in the main restaurant, their smile, engagement and attention to details made our dinning experience in the main restaurant unforgettable. Food The quality of the food served were incredible. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The main chef was so kind and really carea about the customers Activities The hotel itself prepares many activities to keep guests entertained. The Dolphin kids club was the highlight to our childrens, the largest indoor and outdoor playground where our children spent hours and did not want to leave the place. A big thanks to Viola Richard (Guest relations manager) for coordinating with the staff and celebrating my birthday with wonderful songs in the main restaurant and a delicious cake. And also for the snacks we got when checking out. Her generosity and kindness will not be forgotten. Overall, our stay at your resort was a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations. The room was very big, a lot of space, same for the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, in the morning we got an amazing breakfast, the staff is very nice, and the owner as well. We stayed only one night, so we didn't had time to talk much with the staff, but we will come back for sure.

Had a wonderful stay here. Staff was amazing! They really made us felt welcome. Location is quiet right by the beach and a small village. Would recommend!

The calm, clean and beautiful resort. We had halfboard. Lovely dinner that was very tasteful and beautiful presentetd. A lot of dishes to choose from. The whole staff was very friendly and helpfull. The waitress Glory was so nice and kind. We also want to mention Hazel and Jean.

Absolutely the best place we stayed in Zanzibar! The breakfast was so good. The room was cleaned properly, and we left with a new friend. The groundskeeper was so nice and we had and meaningful conversations with him and he was always doing what he could to make us comfortable. We recommend this place!
