Everything was perfect, from planning the birthday surprise in advance to our departure. And above all, everything was amazing during our stay. The entire staff is world class. The room was perfect. On the day of departure, we were even able to leave our suitcases at the reception without any problems and were able to use the hotel area/pool area until our departure in the afternoon and continue to enjoy the great service.
