CanadaThe staff was very helpful. I left a package in the room and Kaylen phoned me. We were already on the road and I didn’t check my messages till later, so didn’t find out that I left my package until we were 3 driving hours away. Kalen organized to have my package shipped home to me. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that Kalen was able to do all this.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The hotel was very clean, there was a good choice at breakfast and there was plenty of space to sit and eat.
Plenty of parking and the hotel is in a good location.

This hotel offered the nicest little touches of any hotel I have EVER stayed at. From the lollipops in the room and rubber ducky for the bath to the complimentary drinks and small free gift, there were so many thoughtful touches!

Clean room, easy check in, great pool and hot tub. Liked the breakfast. Pleasant area for walking the dogs and easy to get out to it.

Lovely hotel where we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also appreciated and it did have slight changes each day which is welcome. There's a good Mexican restaurant nearby and a large supermarket next door. Short walk to the excellent railway museum where you can take a ride on a heritage train.
