Cat Ba Paradise is the perfect choice — a great ecosystem, a beautiful pool, and a romantic sky bar. The breakfast was delicious, and the local pho left a lasting impression. I'm a bit picky about cleanliness and this place exceeded my expectations. The room and common areas were spotless. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay from start to finish.

Khoi the host at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. He had the best smile and made sure we were accommodated promptly. Quick easy check in. We had an early check out to catch a flight the next day. Khoi went out of his way to ensure we had a packed breakfast and hot coffee before we left. The apartment was new. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. And the shower was amazing. After a long day outside in the heat and humidity, the new AC units in the apartment cooked us off quickly. Would definitely recommend the place for those looking for an extended stay. Location was perfect.

This hotel was perfect, good location, friendliest staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, hot showers, breakfast was amazing, comfy beds, good A/C and the staff even decorated the room for us since it was our honeymoon. Would 100% recommend!

The staff, especially Bac (designation maybe front desk manager) was amazingly helpful. Also, I asked to deactivate a motion-detected light and they sent someone to do that even at 12am! Everyone was courteous. The view was immaculate. There's also an AMAZING cliffside walk just a stone's throw from the hotel which I highly recommend (if you're not afraid of heights). definitely a highlight for me.

The room is beautiful and fully equipped. And the location is perfect, in the central and from the hotel to the beach just 5 minutes walk. Another thing i would to say is Duong, who is very helpful, he help me to book all of thing i want to do in the island like Boat Tour, Trekking and transportation... everything is most perfect. Great experience. The spa was really good. They have 3 pools and they were all great, the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the bay. Staff was helpful and the location is excellent!
