My 2nd stay. Staff customer service, breakfast, hot bath water, and location are the best features. Staff seeks to understand and is approachable. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Beef soup, w baguette and omelette (chilli & lime), was a great start each day. Not having reliable hot water is a deal breaker. Lam Giam always came thru! The location is fantastic for me. Great mixture of old and new. Businesses and local people. Everyone in Vinh is wonderful. Thanks for another fantastic stay...except cold and no sunshine. ;)"

Travelled by motorbike from Phong Nha and went to the wrong Melia 40 kms away, who gave us water and sports drink and sent us on our way. Wonderful experience at both Melia hotels, highly recommend.
