I've been fortunate enough to stay in many 5* hotels, but never have I experienced customer service on this level. The staff is so kind. Nothing is too much. Their attention to detail is beyond expectation and what makes the experience really unique is that their care for their is very personalised and seems genuine en sincere. The breakfast was amazing and their gym is also really good.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They provided us with useful tips and recommendations for dining and tours. The hotel is comfortable with a very pleasant ambience in a quieter part of the town. The breakfast was great and the quality of produce was high. We really enjoyed our time at Derwent House and highly recommend it as a place to stay in Capetown

    Loved the rooms..the bathtub and the staff. Loved the breakfast thoroughly esp the granola and yogurt. Lots of options available to cater for every one. The staff were very pleasant esp for breakfast. Oh yes I loved the jacuzzi at the spa. Wish I had more days for it. Our 4 nights stay I just went once on our last day.
