We were greeted by a lovely receptionist (if I’m not mistaken her name was Elizabeth). We got a room upgrade as we were celebrating my friend’s graduation. We couldn’t believe the lovely room we got! With a pool on the balcony! It was so special! Breakfast next day was just AMAZING. And the pool area and great music made us really unwind and get into holiday mode. I would stay there over and over again and I’m telling all my friends about this hotel. You’ve set the bar high and now every other place I stay at is just not good enough haha. Thank you also for the celebration cake for my friend that you kindly gifted to us, it was delicious!

The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)
