We would recommend everyone this place!

Great breakfast each morning (Albanian pancakes, sausage/hot dog, lots of fruit options), as well as dinner here on site. It was really good food so we just chose to eat here multiple times vs. other places. The location is extremely central. We stayed in the XL villa and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five (3 large bedrooms, all with facilities (air conditioning, hot water, etc.) that worked well.

We stayed at Bujtina Terthorja before and after our Peaks of the Balkan trek and I highly recommend. It was like coming back home after the hike :) The host is really friendly and helped us organize our return to Tirana by bus. Good food, spacious rooms with comfortable bed and a nice outdoor space to relax. There are places in Theth with more facilities but all the basics are there and we liked the family feel of this one.

After a long hike from Valbona, we were warmly welcomed by the host. She graciously asked if she should wash our shoes for us. The room itself had amazing mountain views and was very clean. The bathroom was also clean and spatious. Very nice pillows and comfortable bed! The Albanian breakfast was also really nice and the coffee was great as well to enjoy in the very cosy outside area.

The family that run this guest house are such friendly and warm people. We came for my birthday and they made it a lovely special occasion for me. The dinners are great and perfect after long hiking days. Bedroom comfty and modern bathroom. Such a relaxing stay!

The location and views are perfect. The hosts are extremely kind and friendly. They make you feel at home. The rooms are lovely, nicely decorated and with space to relax. The breakfast is delicious, the best we had in Albania. The dinner is incredible value for money and a great chance to try traditional home cooked Albanian food. Make sure you’re hungry, as the portions are huge!

Friendly and helpful staff with good English spoken. Room really spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a great shower that didn't flood the whole bathroom for a change! Breakfast included, and the dinner (extra cost) was delicious with generous servings.
