Located in the Pudong district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a seasonal outdoor pool. The place was perfect because of the owner/hosts. They made us feel comfortable and well taken cared of. They gave us a room upgrade which was big enough for a family of 4. Breakfast was simple but very filling, my daughters liked it so much and it really helped us get through the long entrance queue of Disneyland 😊 The room was so pretty and beds were comfortable. I think each room is unique. I was even able to peak on one which has a ball pit😊 We avail of their shuttle service: pick up at train station, going to and from Disneyland and even drop off to the airport because of its convenience. Rates were reasonable. We’d like to stay again there If ever we’ll have the chance to go back to Shanghai Disneyland. Hotel also has a fitness center, a SPA center, an indoor swimming pool, a spa massage pool and sauna rooms. Breakfast was exceptionally good, great variety with fresh items, vegetables, and eggs, and plates that were tastefully crafted,, was something to look forward to every morning

The hotel has a total of 491 elegantly appointed units, each offering peerless views of the city. Every room is finished with quality bedding, high-speed WiFi and a 48-inch LCD flat screen TV. A large vestibule leads into each expansive living space appointed with welcoming furniture. Spacious marble bathrooms boast rainforest showers, separate bathtubs and windows with views. Branded amenities, bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Great location. The room and service exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The butler service is excellent. I would stay here again next time. Highly recommend it.

The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Guests can enjoy welcome fruits upon arrival. Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

Innovative in design, 5,800 square metre of function space, including the 2,050 square metre Great Room and 12 function rooms illuminated in natural light, ensures extraordinary meetings experience. The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

Guests can enjoy barbecue on the large sun terrace, laze in the hot tub, or play a game of squash and mini golf. Families should make good use of the children's playground and the kids' club. Convenient guest services like currency exchange, meeting facilities and ticketing services are all provided. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews as we had a great stay here. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and well appointed. The location is so convenient and walking distance to the Metro (line 2). There is a great kids play area and supermarket in the centre plus many other good restaurants.
