Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.

Got a free upgrade to panoramic bay view king room upon arrival without even having to ask. Room was the absolute nicest room I have ever stayed in. Staff were amazing, and the facilities were amazing. Cannot say one bad thing about this place.
