The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

The service was top-notch, attentive and considerate in every detail. From check-in to recommending local attractions and travel routes, everything was handled professionally and with great care. I had initially thought that a hotel of this standard would be pricey, but the cost-performance ratio here was beyond my expectations. In other places, a similar hotel would easily cost more than I expected, but here I was able to enjoy the same luxury and comfort at a very reasonable price. It was truly worth every penny! This trip completely fulfilled my vision of a perfect vacation — beautiful scenery, comfortable stay, great service, and excellent value. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
