The hotel was super beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The variety of board games was great because we had so much fun, as well as with the ping-pong table and foosball they have. Got the thermal suite at a super good deal on Booking.com and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The private thermal pool was just amazing - soothes our tired legs after all the hiking. But even if you don't get the suite, you can still enjoy the public thermal pools which looks great too. Bed was ok, wifi was strong enough to stream videos. Their restaurant serves yummy food - the shrimp risotto is to die for!

The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. Arenal Amor is a slice of paradise!
