There’s a nice restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. During the day the hotel can organize a horseback riding or an ATV experience. A definite recommendation!

There are also 11 km of walking trails throughout the property, or guests can just relax in the hot tub or have a massage in the spa. Beautiful lodge with amazing views of the Volcano and lake. Lots of hiking trails and birds. Rooms were good and the resort is well maintained.

The food at the restaurant was also good and affordable. The hot springs are in good condition and surrounded by nature. The restaurant and pool have a nice view of the volcano, but not from the room though.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Amazing location and facilities. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The tents were large, spacious, clean and comfortable, surrounded by lush vegetation. The ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. They organised all of our tours and called a taxi when we needed one. The facilities around the property were spectacular, and we loved getting to swim in the pool at night. It felt magical. It was quite overcast while we were there, so we didn’t have the view of the volcano, but that didn’t detract from the amazing environment at all. Great variety for breakfast. Close to many restaurants and the town centre. Highly recommend!

The hotel was lovely. Our room was stand-alone, with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Everything was very clean, and the reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. We frequently walked to the centre which took about 20 minutes.

We enjoyed dinner there twice, accompanied by live music from some great artists
