Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Everything , the place was kept clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful .

Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Hager, Hager, Hager! Hager was our butler. She was just amazing! Always available to help and extremely nice to us. The food overall is very good. The hotel is extremely clean. The water of the beach and pool is warm. Totally recommend!
