Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

We liked the cleanliness, the pools, the activities, the diving center next to the hotel and the spa. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were very good, we didn't get sick. I would highly recommend this ressort ! The gym is also nice

Special appreciation to Mr. Ahmed at the front desk for making our early check-in smooth and hassle-free, and to Mr. Eihab, the Front Office Manager, who kindly checked on us every day to ensure everything was perfect. The Aqua team brought so much fun and energy, while the restaurant chef and service team impressed us with their delicious food and excellent service. Truly a memorable experience — we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Rahim from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to Rahim And Amir in lobby bar who did a tea with lemon which made by Amir at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rahim , staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff of car drivers etc. for making the trip so memorable. Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Bedroom is clean. Swimming pool is great and nice view. Staff there are very friendly, especially Hassan. He helped us a lot.

Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. Everything was perfect. Food, entertaiment, sea, pools, cleaniness.
