After we arrive we have got a free upgrade of room. The hotel and staff were amazing. The staff was very observant, the rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. The food was very tasty. A very nice lady took care of us around the pool. Always smiling, charming. It was very difficult for us to leave this hotel. Saiid the owner is trustworthy and was genuinely helpful with the organization of our trip: - found us a way to go to Aswan when no bus or train were available - found a motorcycle to rent at a cheap price (I'm pretty sure it's not a common request) All in all, this hotel is well managed, cares about its guests, and it shows !

The food was delicious (thanks for showing me how to make Egyptian rice btw), and breakfirst was plenty that I ended up skipping lunch 😂 Mohamed was always smiling, and Hamdi was super helpful with everything. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.
