The property is in great shape and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was incredible. Also, they have a spa that is only $10 euros per person per hour with a dry sauna, a wet sauna, a jacuzzi and a cold plunge pool. We made a reservation for the spa and were the only ones in there…great amenity.

A gym and a sauna are available. At an extra cost, the hotel offers also a hot tub. Facilities are really very nice for a 3 star hotel. Parking is good and very convenient. Location is good, but you need a car to go downtown. Room was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

This charming restored hotel dates from 1924. It offers fantastic views from its terrace over Empordà and the beautiful Bay of Roses. The outdoor pool is set in the former Sant Agustí Convent, 100 metres from the hotel. Very kind, helpful and welcoming owners. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be providing the best experience for people staying at their hotel. Lovely position to explore from and an authentic town.

Rooms at Hotel Helios are spacious and comfortable rooms. They all have a private balcony and satellite TV. They also air conditioning, a safe, a mini fridge and an en suite bathroom. Very good place to stay. High level of customer service at the restaurant and high quality food (Special mention to Ruben from Show Kitchen. He provides very high level of customer care at all times, very enthusiastic and very focused in serving customers; he is certainly a great asset for the hotel). Great customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Great facilities. Rate 10/10. Would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended.
