The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

I want to give a special shout out to Joanna, Bill, George and Helena who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. They we're courteous, attentive and generally care about their guests. We also fell in love with Belita (We called her Shelley) the cat who lives by the hotel. She is beautiful and we hope she gets to stay safe. We will be back.

We booked it for Valentine's Day and they had a special drink and chocolates with a rose waiting for us which was a lovely gesture! The place was great, super easy communication with the host, also super easy to get inside, we loved the terrace and the hottub. Everything was on point they even had some snacks for us in the kitchen we thought that was super sweet and helpful
