My stay was absolutely amazing! The panoramic view from the room was breathtaking, and the hot breakfast served right to my room every morning was a perfect way to start the day. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. Room service was also fantastic — I highly recommend trying the chicken tagliatelle, it was delicious! Overall, it’s a solid 10/10 experience, and I honestly can’t wait to come back soon!

Blending tradition with elegance, the spacious rooms of this eco-friendly resort have comfortable armchairs and warm earthy tones. Each is equipped with a satellite TV, a minibar, bathrobes, slippers, Nespresso coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities and has a mountain, garden or sea view from its balcony or veranda. All the accommodation types are renovated. Air conditioning comes as a standard. We loved that it was so big that the beach and pools weren't overly crowded. However, we did stay on the adult exclusive side so our pool was a bit more relaxed and less people. I definitely recommend if you want a relaxed couple trip to go for the adult deluxe for sure. Otherwise you may be surrounded by screaming children. They even have a separate area on a very nice covered patio for adults only at the main buffet. As well as some adult only nights at the restaurants. It is also a very good resort for kids! They had plenty of pools for kids as well as an arcade, waterpark, kids club with activities throughout the day, etc. We ended up just relaxing by the pool/beach but they had activities for adults as well if you're interested in that. Greek lessons, out door cinema, live music, etc. WE LOVEDDD the aperol spritz bar, wish it was closer to the adult pool 😉 (but it's not that far 😂) We loved the view from our seaside room it was beautiful. The way they set up our room for our honeymoon was adorable (and it was free of charge☺️). The room also had an included mini bar, robe, and slippers. The house keepers were incredible! They kept our room super tidy wiped down the floors daily, gave us new towels (including beach ones) Servers were amazing as well, even during rushes they kept their cool. a la cartes were absolutely incredible. Platia's food was INCREDIBLE. I've never been so full in my life. Mademi was also pretty good food wise, but the views were so so good. We didn't get to the others because when looking at the menus they seemed similar to what was at the main buffet for vegetarians.

The aparthotel also features an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub for guests to relax in. Before even arriving to the apartment, I contacted them about our backpacks. We wanted to leave our stuff before check in, because we came early. The were fine, keeping our stuff in the reception before and after our stay. They were very polite and helpful, the rooms was clean and as shown on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and big plus the coffee machine, the laundry machine (we didn't used them), and the AC of course! If you come by car or motorcycle you can park it outside on the road (that's what we did with the motorcycle), the area is very safe and also less than 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop towards Heraklion and Mali. Also there is a pool but we didn't used it. As we saw it looks very clean. We recommend this place if you want to stay near Malia and Hersonissos.

At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Our stay was exceptionally good, would love to go again and of course would recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff. The reception it’s located in the family restaurant that they have and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable. We had a small problem with our room key and it was fixed immediately. We went for dinner at their family restaurant Kitchen Stories By The Sea and I have to note that everything was very good. We had an amazing experience and we would like to thank Giannis at the reception and his brother Manolis and of course his family for their warm hospitality and their help.
