Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. Creative modern healthy design, spacious room, view from 23rd floor, super clean, commitment to the environment and the most helpful/charming staff.

Spacious and air-conditioned, all guestrooms are decorated with a fusion of Western and Chinese elements. They are equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Chrome Cast streaming and mirroring, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Some rooms include a Nespresso machine or specially formulated toiletries from Paris. The marble en suite bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in rainshower.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Our recent stay at the W Hong Kong was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for our entire visit. The attention to detail and the exceptional service we received made our stay truly unforgettable. Special shout out to Alex and Anson, whose hospitality and kindness exceeded all our expectations. Their thoughtful gestures (we only ask where the nearest store to buy a sim card, instead they provide us with two!) and personalized welcome (a nice bottle of wine) made us feel incredibly special. The surprise gift they arranged for us was a delightful touch, adding an extra layer of luxury and comfort to our stay. The hotel itself is a haven of elegance and modernity, with beautifully designed rooms that offer breathtaking views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and every aspect of the hotel radiated sophistication and style. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, with a variety of delectable options that catered to every palate. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction!

Offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour from its large windows, each room offers comfortable beds covered with 400-thread count linens and feather pillows. The private bathroom comes with a separate rainshower and a bathtub. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Nespresso machine are all included. Everything! Amazing view! Nice location! Staff are excellent, totally worth the price!

Everything was exceptional, the staff the Harbourside room, the facilities, restaurants, comfort of the bed, the staff organising taxis, welcoming us home each time we returned, bathroom facilities and the gifts received to welcome us..

Guests can enjoy a range of therapies at the spa or keep fit with a game of tennis or exercising at the fitness centre. Other facilities include a sauna, tour desk and bicycle rental. Supervised activities for young children are also available at Camp Hyatt. The pool is so calm and has a lovely view. The steam room and sauna are situated in the women’s changing rooms - very nice. Lovely white towels and gowns.
