The toilet room is equipped with water👌🏻 Front desk were one of the best I ever seen, rooms are clean and large. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to any traveler staying in Budapest.

Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Hotel Memories OldTown offers a wellness centre with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, fitness corner and a massage room. This was my third stay in Budapest, at the very same hotel, Memories Old Town. The staff never fails to impress you from the beginning of your stay until the very last minute you leave. I was welcomed very warmly as always, waited just for a few minutes (while having their exceptional coffee!) to get into my room which was upgraded thanks to the kindness of the good people at the reception. I had already mentioned in my previous reviews the overall design, silence and comfort of the property, as well as its very central location, and I would like to highlight them all again. If you are staying at least 2-3 days, choose this hotel, buy a Budapest Card (available 24 to 120 hours) and enjoy unlimited rides to buses, trams and metro from the stops that are only minutes away from the building! Overall, Memories Old Town is amongst the top hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will always remember the natural kindness of the staff and my time and memories in Budapest with a smile!

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We stayed here as a couple and had an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and helpful too. They booked restaurant tables for us and were always happy to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was really nice. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfy and the overall ionic style was lovely. We were celebrating a birthday and got some extra champagne and a cake delivered to the room for arrival which was really nice (paid extra). The breakfast was great as other reviews mention, and the spa was quite nice. We found the spa to be busy at around 5 pm. The location is great and it is close to many shops and touristy locations we pretty much walked everywhere. It was about 45 mins to the river to walk but taxis were available in a couple of minutes. Overall we loved it and if we were coming back to Budapest we would re-book in an instant!

Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snacks during the hot afternoon was a nice addition.

The hotel's wellness corner comprises Finnish sauna, hot tub and fitness facilities, which can all be used free of charge. Massage treatments are offered for an additional cost. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner by the reception staff. Since we arrived early in the morning, we asked for early check-in, which was made possible. The room turned out to be spacious, very clean and equipped with a small good fridge and kettle. The breakfast was super and the breakfast staff was very engaged and welcoming. We enjoyed the offered sparkling wine daily for breakfast. The staff even prepared a birthday surprise. There is a spa area, but Budapest kept us busy enough to have no time for it :-).
