The hotel is very very well looked after for its age, nothing falling apart and everything works. Nice and quiet for the area. So disappointed we've never stayed with them before. The services, the facilities, the location and the stuff are so so so kind, i recommend every one to go there, I spent 2 nights with my wife, and i will be back with my all family next year and directly no need to waste time with my all respects to the other hotels in the same area .

Breakfast was delicious, so many options, fresh products .. The staff is so polite and helpful ! I even had a misunderstanding regarding the complimentary photo shoot and the hotel gave me additional free photos which I highly appreciated ! Location is also great, we walked around and everything was really close. Totally worth the price !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful accommodation in a quiet part of Seminyak, around 8-minute drive to Seminyak Square, and I can say from first hand experience that it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made it a priority to ensure we were taken care of. The location is perfect for those looking for a balance between peace and tranquility, yet it's still close to many beach and local destinations. The accommodation itself is incredibly modern and well-equipped, with high-tech Smart Control functionality that made it convenient when resting. The private dipping pool was thought out during design, and any extra amenities (i.e. microwave) was available with staff. The on-site relaxation building was an absolute highlight, where we indulged in excellent couples massages—honestly, one of the best we’ve ever had so far at a fair price. The breakfast was another standout. It was both authentic and clean, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and attentively assisted by the security members (incidentally both named “Komang”), ensuring our experience to and from the accomodation was smooth and secure. A special mention goes to the night manager, “Yuhda,” who personally handled a rare issue we encountered during the night in relation to the accomodation facilities, and arrived to rectify the issue immediately after request. The following morning, “Nike” from the front desk professionally checked in with us. When “Benedictus, Kevin,” the general manager arrived, he chose to also speak with us directly to ensure there were no lingering concerns. The level of personalised service, truly set this business apart. The service endured our whole stay from all team members we interacted with thereafter.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. As our first stop in Bali, we had selected MSH because of the warm, friendly atmosphere and laid back vibe we had read about in the reviews - that is exactly what we got and more. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn’t do enough for us, including my partners Mum (who wasn’t staying there, but was treated as a guest). They really made the place feel like home with some excellent recommendations of food places in the area, as well as ensuring we were taking full advantage of the facilities (picnic, massage, and breakfast all included). We had a couple of lazy mornings and they made us breakfast at any time we liked, which we really appreciated, plus the owner chatted with all guests in the mornings to create a really nice feel to the place. The accommodation itself is a very authentic beach Balinese home, with some gorgeous animals (turtle, dog, cat, fish) which you can feed and are super friendly. It is a minutes walk to the beach, where you are greeted by breathtaking sunsets and plenty of great bars and restaurants with live music in the evening. Everything was clean, there was a good selection of breakfast foods and you are able to help yourself to coffees and juices. We knew we would enjoy this place after reading the reviews, but our expectations were definitely exceeded. I did see a previous review to suggest the owners were pushy for good reviews, but this was absolutely NOT the case. It wasn’t mentioned once. A huge thank you to the lovely staff who looked after my boyfriend when he was feeling sick too. We hope to return very soon!
