The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

Other facilities include karaoke rooms and a lounge bar. A souvenir shop can be found on the ground floor. The hotel provides shuttle services going and coming from Kawaguchiko station. Came for 1 night and after meeting the staff, seeing the beautiful unique hotel, the rooms, facilities, view and location, we regretted not staying there more. Super recommended!

Great staff; polite and refined but not “too much”, the steak dinner was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to change one of the dishes. Room was spacious, modern and the overall design was great with a large balcony, a lot of sunlight from the windows and privacy at the same time. Wine was great too.

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the luxury tent, units have bed linen and towels. Splendid locatie with a beautiful view on Mount Fuji. The spherical accommodation is also very nice!

Fuji Speedway Hotel, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt offers 5-star accommodation with an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. From the start to end everything was perfect. The room view, the room size, the bathroom and the amenities, the cleanliness, the little cars in front of the door to inform you that cleaning is in process. The breakfast, the dinner, the chef thanking to customers for eating his food. I recommend the massage, seems expensive at first look but is is a marvelous experience. The F1 circuit just close and the museum in the same building are bringing a lot of enthusiasts, in the rest Gotemba shopping is bringing others. I can say that we felt spoiled and lucky to be there.

An oven, a microwave and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the villa complex, units have bed linen and towels. This was one of my favourite places I have ever stayed in Japan. It had gorgeous views of Fuji. The house was very large and easily fit our family of five. It had plenty of amenities (including a spa bath which we appreciated after many days of walking around). Would highly recommend.

The access to the BBQs was the best part - we bought some Hida beef from the local butcher to cook on the outdoor BBQ and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. Would book this place again over a hotel any day

Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Comfortable, clean and lovely house. Hosts were prompt to respond to queries. Lovely view of mount fuji from the rooms! Wished there was an extra shower cuz for a group of 7 there was quite a queue. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The meal is the best, we have included breakfast and dinner in our package and it’s so localize and we live it! The aunty and grandma is so friendly and kind , helpful. Definitely worth the price
