Hotel was amazing. The location was perfect for a winter ski vacation. The reception manager, Martin was instrumental in making my stay a true pleasure. He made sure that each request I made was granted with pleasure. His staff were trained to make me feel welcome and treated me as a valued guest. Martin is a true professional. I will return to this property.

Communication with the host was excellent – quick and helpful. The cabin itself was stunning, with a fantastic layout that made it feel both spacious and cozy. The outdoor area was a real highlight, with a large terrace, lovely views, and a relaxing jacuzzi – perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location was ideal for exploring Geilo.. 1909 Sportsbar er en naturlig møteplass for å se sport på storskjerm. Her er det muligheter for jubelscener kombinert med god mat og noe i glasset. Vi viser alle Champions League- og Premier League kamper! The food was incredible! Loved the bowling alley and pool table in the sports facility!

Location was really close to the station which we needed as we had large suitcases. The layout and options for dining were fantastic (our waiter Noor was amazing). The spa, pool and sauna helped with unwinding and a relaxing stay.

Spacious apartament, good quality furniture, big windows, confortable beds. Good bathroom with functional shower. Kichen with utensils. Waking distance to railway station, but we had pulks, there was nor way to pull- many roads, crossroads, walking paths, so we had to use taxi to get to railway station.

Nice spacious apartment with an amazing view of the stream nearby. It was really relaxing sitting in the huge balcony amd listening to the sounds of the water. The kitchen had enough crockery for the 6 of us. The open plan of the kitchen, dining and living room was very convenient.

The hotel is nicely decorated & around 120 years old. It looks like you have made a journey in time and very stylish. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We could get coffee/tea downstairs any time which was great. The best part is the lobby/restaurant area: it has nice coaches next to the fireplace where we chilled in the evening with the book. Highly recommended just to relax in a quite & nice atmosphere.

We loved everything about our stay. When we arrived we were upgraded and had a fabulous room which opened onto a terrace and had a view across the valley. There is a lovely pool and a sauna - perfect for relaxing after skiing. The restaurant and lounge were very cosy and the staff helpful and friendly.
