Situated in Lake Tekapo in the Canterbury region, The Black House with Stunning Outdoor Bath features a patio and lake views. The air-conditioned accommodation is 45 km from Mt. One of our favourite stays on a 3 week trip around the South Island! If anything the photos don’t do it justice. Peaceful and private with plenty of space and beautifully clean. We loved having BBQs on the terrace. The master bedroom was exquisite with a view onto the patio and the outdoor bath surrounded by fragrant lupins. The upstairs bedrooms were kept nicely cool by fans in the hot weather we were lucky to have. We all slept brilliantly in the big comfy beds. Laundry facilities were an added bonus for us, neatly tucked away behind sliding doors in the master - very convenient.

Musterers Accommodation Fairlie is located on the west boundary of Fairlie. The units are situated on a six-acre semi rural property, with animals to feed and plenty of grass areas to relax.

For an additional charge and by prior arrangement, you can enjoy your own private hot tub. We loved every part of this stay. The cosiness of the room, the cleanliness, the atmosphere. We were greeted by Murray and Jackie, and shown our room, very warm and welcoming. They also farewelled us and it was awesome. Will definitely come back. The best so far on our trip.

Tekapo Springs and Alpine Springs & Spa are both 4 minutes’ drive away. We loved our stay at Lexi Lodge, this lodge is really something very special. The place was perfectly cleaned, had all the amenities you'd expect and need and the beds were super comfy. Staff and really friendly and helpful The lodge is in a perfect spot for some peace and quiet, late night stargazing, and a wonderful relax in the hot tub! During the day you can feed the animals who are.all friendly and happy to see guests! We cannot wait to come back

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s place. Everything was so well thought out, cosy and relaxing for the perfect weekend away. The stars at night are spectacular, watching them from the Hot Tub was a real highlight. Sarah's dogs came to greet us each morning and are the most friendly adorable dogs we've ever met! Best host, best location and lovely hut. We cannot wait to come back again soon!
