Warm welcome, with explanation of all the facilities, recommendations for the stay, and happy to answer all questions, The housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent throughout and the property is beautiful, with a scenic view from the balcony and pool, snorkels and beach towels provided and a good TV. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again. This place out did all my expectations. I’ve been to Koh Tao multiple times now however this was my favourite accomodation on the island. The views were insanely beautiful and the staff were all so friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was so delicious - definitely try the Massaman curry wow!!
