The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

You can play billiards at this 5-star hotel. In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

The hotel offers a hot tub. You can play billiards, table tennis and darts at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for canoeing and cycling. Everything was fantastic! Staff, breakfast, hotel design, proximity to beach, pools. It’s amazing for kids, but there are also lots of adult-only areas. The resort’s size and layout makes it feel like there aren’t so many people around, although of course that wasn’t the case.

A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some fruits. This villa is non-smoking and soundproof. Everything: location, room, service, the view from the room. The manager owner of this place is very welcoming, such a nice lady.

For guests' convenience, there is a 24-hour front desk available at the property. It was beyond our expectations! Staffs were very nice , polite and always happy... from manager down to cleaning ladies and gardeners. We will definitely go back there for sure. 🥰
