We have found our most favourite resort/hotel/accomodation throughout our travels. We were surprised by the sheer volume of activities (most being free) hosted by the hotel such as muay thai classes, floating yoga, washing buffalos, biking to see elephants and fire dancers. Would recommend staying 5 nights at the very least given the actitivies, a 3km pool streaming alongside the entire resort and multiple restaurants to try out. There is also a private beach for guests. We did visit in town but you can certainly spend your entire time at the resort. We capped off our stay with a Thai buffet dinner watching the sunset, where the hotel team helped to place our table on the beach as requested. Shoutout to Tin who was very friendly and assisted us to have a late check-out. Could not recommend enough.

You can play billiards at this 5-star hotel. In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

We spent 3 weeks out there, 3 days before check out date the air conditioner on the 2nd floor in the room where our kids lived turned out of service. The hotel’s administration did their best to relocate us to another room, and furthermore provided some gifts as apologies for the inconvenience. We greately appreciate such a warm treatment of us as valued guests. Extremely quiet atmosphere in the large hotel’s territory. Ideal for families with kids.

We enjoyed every moment we spent there. The rooms are beautiful, huge and very clean, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and quiet.

The pool area was fantastic – a perfect place to unwind while enjoying the stunning views that stretched as far as the eye could see. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight of our mornings. It was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up dining at the restaurant several times throughout our stay. The Christmas Day lunch was a special treat, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a memorable experience for all guests. A special thank you to Montha, Khwan, and all the other staff members for their impeccable service. They really made us feel like family, helping us with transfers, taxis, and arranging day trips with great attention to detail. Their efforts truly elevated our holiday experience. We are so sad to leave today, but we will carry the memories of this incredible place with us. The views from Saengsuree Villas are simply breathtaking, and it's easy to lose track of time while just relaxing and soaking in the beauty around you. We can't wait to return! For guests' convenience, there is a 24-hour front desk available at the property. The property was very clean and nice. I liked all of the selections for food and drinks on the all inclusive menus. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the pool bar. The staff were really nice and professional. The staff members that stood out were: The hostess Lelyla, Chef James, and the bartender Wann. They helped make my new fiancé and my trip the best most memorable. They played huge parts in helping me celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and with my proposal.
