The beach is across the road, the views are great, the airport is nearby, everything is accessible, including the main attractions. Adequate prices and the best quality of rest! This is definitely the best hotel in Da Nang, I will say more, in general in Asia you can’t find such a level of service and friendliness everywhere. They go out of their way to help you in everything, the room was prepared gorgeously, a great view from the window, modern design, everything is clean, well-groomed, pleasant and positive staff, they will answer everything, give recommendations, despite the language barrier on our part, the people were extremely warm and welcoming, for which special thanks! A chic bar and pool on the roof of the hotel, great breakfasts and a decent attitude, and they met and saw us off like family, although we only stayed for the night. It is a rare practice for me to write such long reviews. But here it is so soulful that it simply cannot be otherwise! Thanks to the hotel and the staff for such an approach!

All rooms are well-furnished with modern décor and facilities including air conditioner, a flat-screen TV, minibar, wardrobe and comfortable seating area. The en suite private bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower, hair dryer and free toiletries. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and slippers. I stayed in 3 different rooms, each of which were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. I liked the high quality bed sheets, comfortable bed, all the amenities. I also liked the soundproof, I could not hear a lot of noise despite the busy location and the hotel being fully booked. The hotel is situated across the beach and this was perfect for morning or evening walks. I liked the client oriented customer service a lot. Check in was fast, once you enter someone greets you with water or afternoon tea. In all my interactions with the staff they were super professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of a restaurant voucher or fruit gift as a returning guest. Small gesture but it counts a lot. In conclusion I felt like home at this hotel and it was hard to say good bye. Was a great choice and will return maybe as a couple of family one day. A special thanks to Subeo for being so good at her job. She managed to help me with all my requests, was very calm, kind, empathetic and professional in each interaction. The hotel is really lucky to have her. Breakfast was continental and had a wide variety of food options. I can get a bit crowded at times but arriving at the right hour solved it. The pool was clean, safe and well maintained. Great service there as well, not to mention the nice view from the sky bar.

Wonderful view, but very quiet from our high floor, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool area. Kids club is not staffed, so it is more just a playroom for children to visit with their parents, not an option for childcare. Every single member of staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and kind. We had a really positive experience here.

The hotel was more than what we expected. Amazing sauna and massage. The restaurant up on the top floor was exceptional for us! We got engaged at dinner and the crew went above and beyond to make our night special. We will be back at some stage. Loved this place
