All units in the accommodation are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. Reception with its warm cinnamon/ginger/lemon grass tea was a great start. Ken took time explained the facilities/services as well as Hanoi. Breakfast with the ala carte menu gave a good spread and a cozy space with attentive staff Kylie & Amelia & male colleagues. The spacious room was quiet, even had a letter fr the GM to inform us about the renovations/noise of the neighbouring pty which only happened during daytime. The location is accessible to all attractions & F&B yet quiet. Clean rooms & welcome tray of fresh fruits. Efficient lift. Also compliment Louis for recommending a bakery & friendly staff Lily and the bellhops. Great experience.

Though the neighourhood that the hotel is in is very busy, the hotel felt like a secret zen escape. It was a joy to come back to it each time we would go out. Loved the skybar. Excellent breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Would highly recommend for a stay in Hanoi.

The units feature a wardrobe. we had the lovely terrace room that had a large balcony/terrace. room was huge with bath & shower. really lovely room for old quarrt hotel. hotel was very class fit out. breakfast was a great western style breakfast with great variety. pool was fabulous with a lovely view. Bar and upper deck seating area was lovely. Service was excellent & staff were very attentive to any queries we had about visiting the outer areas. 10/10 for a beautiful quaint hotel in the old quarter

My experience started with highly engaging Mrs Huyen Pucca Nguyen (General Manager) who immediately set the tone for the property's high-touch/service experience. I received several upgrades and service courtesies including early check-in -- as generous as they were gracious and unexpected. Ms Pucca Nguyen epitomises and personifies why this property is one of Hanoi's finest hospitality properties in the Hoan Kiem Lake area. Their rooftop bar, Terraco, is chock full of ambience for evening tapas and drinks whilst the breakfast is equally satisfying.
