The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. I especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. The spa treatments were also top-notch. Nice beach, clean and comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, nice breakfast. Landscaping, beach, all good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Saga and even extended an extra night. This is resort quality near the heart of Hoi An, but far enough way that you don’t get all the chaos. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast and dinner were top notch as well. We would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back next time 😊

We loved everything. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival for free, and greeted with juice and towels for our hands after a long day in the heat. All receptionists and staff were exceptional, so helpful and kind. They helped us organise two day trips. The pool is stunning, and the resorts has a great 2 for 1 cocktail deal each day - definitely worth trying out ! They offer free bikes to cycle around the area, they have a beautiful spa ( that I didn’t have time to use unfortunately but wished I did) Definitely come and visit this resort if in Hoi An, it’s 5 stars!
