The staff, specifically Michelle (ميشيل), he was so professional and very kind, always smiling, room upgraded without requesting, he is the right person in the right place. The location was near to the industrial area approximate 10 min. The hotel is surrounded by groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and others, just by walking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, The room was spacious, quiet, and very well cleaned, with a well-maintained bathroom. The housekeeping staff, especially Moti, was amazing and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The reception team was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by offering me a late checkout at no extra charge. It truly made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort.
