Absolutely amazing experience. Right at the check-in we were surprised with the upgrade. The room itself was just amazing : spacious, modern, comfortable and very beautiful. Everything in the room was sparkling clean and smelled very well . The personnel is friendly and attentive. The hotel is in the walking distance to Burj Khalifa and if you take a taxi there it is very cheap as well . We had a short stay and could try facilities like spa and restaurants but we will be definitely back . We definitely recommend this hotel !

There are a few people I have to thank for making our stay feel even more comfortable. At breakfast and in the pool area - Shubham who met our needs each time, and went above and beyond through kindness and professionalism. Divay who made our last breakfast a great occasion and made sure we were smiling by the end of the meal. Jawad from house keeping who's extra touches brought tears to my girlfriend's eyes after the rough few months we've had personally - it really meant a lot. The team at this hotel are part of what makes it special. We ended-up trying three rooms at the hotel - each time we had an issue, they were overly generous in resolving it, and for that, we can only say thank you, it was an unexpected delight to stay in a suite on the 32nd floor, which resembled a palace. The rooms are all spacious, even the most basic. The views are great. The bathrooms were all top notch. We didn't have a single thing to fault when it came to our comfort, aside from a noisy neighbour on the 32nd floor, but that isn't their fault - this guy was overly obnoxious. The pool area and gym are great, nothing else to say. The different restaurants on site are good, but slightly expensive for what you get, and for where you are location wise. We'd love to come back, and will try other hotels from this brand for sure.

My stay was exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the stunning room with breathtaking views, every detail was perfect. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They even surprised us with the daily complimentary coffee. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful interior. Overall, it was a luxurious experience that I highly recommend, and I look forward to returning!
