    Facilities are excellent. Very clean and professional hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. the Gym, Spa, pool and bars are all excellent but the main reason I stayed was the proximity to the World Trade centre which is a 5 minute walk mainly under cover.

    I have stayed in hotels around the world that charge a much steeper price than here, and I have not received the same level of exceptional service. Blown away by the friendliness of the staff and their attentiveness. The breakfast offer was outstanding, and was sad to miss it on my last morning as I needed to head to the airport very early. Love the speedy room service, the comfortable beds and the complimentary bottled water in the room fridge (not many hotels replenish them daily)

    The front desk staffs were excellent. Great customer service and knowledgeable too. The Housekeeping staffs were the best, my room was serviced every day. I have stayed in many hotels all around the world, and the level of service was never experienced. My room was mad ep daily to perfection. Great work guys !

    Location by the opera? In every city in the world living next to opera is a thing and here it surprised us positively! If you are not in summer - everything is walkable! Enjoyed the swimming pool after sunset. Cafes and restaurants are just around the corner and that enormous mall everybody is talking about is also there.

    One of the best, if not the best hotel in Dubai. Perfect location, very nice and comfortable rooms welcomed with fresh fruits. Excellent breakfast (one of the best I have had, and I have been to a lot of hotels over the world). The service is excellent. Like every staff is friendly and helpful. Driver Ashrfaf from valet was very professional parking our car. See you soon again!
