New, modern, clean, nice young staff, friendly atmosphere, Considerate attitude, Absolutely superb! Staff was happy and helpful all the time. The location by the sea was marvelous. Everything was better than expected.

It was very luxorius! Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. This beautiful family owned place made me feel at home instantly, and that’s truly what they’re all about. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches, showed real care. Location was perfect for exploring Vlora and surrounding area. The room was very spacious with a super comfy bed and a great view (sea view room). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!
