Excellent location, the center of Vienna - close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. At the same time, there is silence in the rooms and excellent sound insulation inside the hotel. Excellent reception and room service. High quality air blankets and pillows. Availability of a business room for meetings and ZOOM conferences. Best located property - can't get better. Staff are exceptional friendly, helpful, charming room was excellent - I love the cruelty free toiletries. you get wine on arrival and water! Hotel is clean and linen is great. I cannot say enough great things about it. We had some drinks on the day we left and it was also good. our only regret is not having a meal there as I think it would have been excellent
