The front desk staff was OUTSTANDING! Our best friend was Mattea (sp?) who was kind, patient, and so helpful. She helped us with clear directions to all the places we wanted to go, and arranged for an early morning taxi the morning we flew back to the States. The location was a short block from the tram stop, and we found some yummy cafes and restaurants close by. Very thoughtful and artfully decorated boutique hotel in a perfect location. It was a magical 9 days with my daughter and we can't wait to return to Vienna!

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very close to city center, within 20 minutes walking distance. Still, very quiet environment.
