The staff was extremely attentive from check in through check out. I was given a large room, with all comforts.The SPA facilities were very enjoyable.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The best experience so far in Austria. Our room was very charming and the bed super comfortable . They serve amazing breakfast, anything you can think of.

Breakfast at 25 euro per person. We had a great selection of breads, cold cuts, cheese, nuts, jams (strawberry and apricot), poached eggs with ham on spinach and brown bread, fruits, coffee and/or tea. Room was a good size for 2. Bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in Austria. The sheets are comfortable and great for a good night’s sleep. There’s a Nespresso machine. Front office staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re looking to be pampered, this is the perfect hotel for you. From the decor, choices of furniture, fixtures, and linen to the design and space maximization of the room, everything is well curated, the perfect experience for a luxury boutique hotel. Just a side note. There is a spa you can book (but we weren’t able to because of lack of time) but there is no gym. I think the spa though is a great substitute.
