What an amazing experience! The location is great, just in front of a tram stop. The staff members are nice and friendly. Also, the sea view is stunning. Everything here is perfect! Definitely will come again.

The staff was very friendly and she allowed us to check in early as I told her we all needed some sleep as soon as possible. And she also helped us to upgrade our room as she knew me and my partner just got engaged the day before. The room is spacious and the location of the hotel is very convenient-walking distance to surfer paradise beach. There is one good Thai restaurant (cocohut-suggest to book early to avoid long waiting time)in the next two shops and a worthy try.
