High quality hotel - you get what you pay for. Room was a great size - booked through Booking but NOT given the smallest room in the hotel which was a very pleasant surprise! Quiet. Excellent gym (though really not enough room to lift the free weights!) and sauna was an excellent temperature. Bathroom fully equipped Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice, very attentive waiting staff. Couldn’t ask for more tbh.

Very nice lady at the reception, helped with every issue. The room was very clean and very large The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of food (too few tables in the restaurant in relation to the number of guests)

This is a new hotel with very helpful staff that replies quickly for any question you have. The room is new, with all the comforts, internet works quickly and the location is very central, a few minutes from Vitosha. I appreciated a lot the complimentary espresso you can find in the lobby.
