PolandPerfectly located, well-maintained, lovely hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are nice, not small at all, clean, with a separate bedroom, so the second person can sleep peacefully while the first one, for example, works. Free bikes available with a wonderful bike path (wonderful views!) - we recommend it to everyone!

ThailandRoom is very spacious, fully equipped and well designed in a very modern building. I really like your LED Room Control Panel which integrated every room function in it. Even though the entrance from main W Georgia St is dedicated to Bar and F&B, the hotel lobby could be connected, but not all the time, via a nice circular staircase. Fitness is well equipped with top line equipment. There are swimming pool and semi-outdoor hot tub. Again, they have big pub and F&B function right besides the pool.

Location was fantastic, right next to Stanley Park and a short walk to sunset beach and the many shops, eateries and bike hire shops on Denman Street. We were able to walk to the Granville Island ferry and bike into Canada Place.
The living area of our unit was spacious and decor was cheerful. We really appreciated having access to the onsite laundry and helpful advice from the manager.

Location is fantastic, Canada Place is 2 min walk. Easy walk to Downtown. Facilities at hotel were great with the bedroom separate to great lounge area.

Nice pool area.
Gerard’s Bar had an ‘old style’ club feel to it which we loved.
Easy access to transit and Canada Place, great if you are embarking on a cruise

Stayed 2 nights b4 our Alaska Cruise.
- Very easy and short walk to Canada Place even with our huge luggages
- Service was good, check in process fast and seamless
- Hotel aesthetics are great
- Love the handheld clothes steamer provided in the room
- Good happy hour at their in house restaurant
- 24hr cafe just across the street, great for those who woke up super early due to jet lag

Great location for our tourist activities in Vancouver. Close to Canada Place for cruise ship arrival/departure. Sky train metro station and underground shopping mall accessible from within hotel. Dedicated bus tour pickup/drop off in Melville St (hotel side street). Starbucks in hotel lobby. Comfy extra large bed. Nice size room and large screen TV. Desk, chair and reading lamp. Polite and helpful front desk staff.

Atmosphere in the hotel is very good. Staff were very helpful. rooms were spacious and nice. location is excellent close to all shops and only 10 minutes to Canada Place where the Cruise terminal is.

Beautiful boutique french style hotel. Couldn't fault anything. Staff were wonderful, facilities excellent. Very close to Canada Place and Pacific Central. Bed was comfortable. We had a sitting room as well as a bedroom. Decor was lovely. We were amazed at how quickly the elevators came. Our previous hotel we waited every time for up to 20 minutes.

This hotel is very clean, the staff were polite, helpful and courteous. There are many restaurants nearby and publuc transit is at the corner. We appreciated the free shuttle to Canada Place.
