A pleasant surprise, just 5-10 minutes on foot from the view of the falls but at the same time far enough to not hear the noise of the amusement park in the city center (the center of Niagara Falls was, in fact, an unpleasant surprise…). The location is therefore excellent, and the room is very spacious, with the possibility to cook and eat in the room. The structure has recently open and the price (August 2024) was very competitive compared to other hotels

​A spacious and excellently equipped apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment and the neighborhood were quiet, even though it's very close to family attractions and a 15-minute walk from Niagara Falls. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was served to the room. The hotel has a parking lot, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it!

    Horrible casino.

    Horrible casino. One drink an hour Casino high end steak restaurant was horrendous and there management rude . There is only one bar opened and have not a lot to offer it’s like they don’t want you to drink. Very expensive to play the tables compared to other places we have been at in the past 20 days travelling. The Beds in our room were so soft and dippy couldn’t sleep. Taps in bathrooms hand basin broken. Horrible and too short shower curtain so water teamed out all over the floor. No bag service. Staff coming in were very vague. So did not enjoy it at all. Feel like we should have got our money back but they said cause we repaid they can not .

    Just go there for FUN.

    Just go there for FUN. They have made a LOT of improvements. I'm glad they utilized the empty spaces that used to be a food and convenience store areas. They NEED to bring MORE tour buses to make it more popular than other casinos in the area. Unfortunately, since Covid- both Casino Niagara AND Fallsview Casino has shut down their "All you Can Eat" Buffets. And Casino Niagara particularly now has a regular restaurant downstairs that is a la carte. The prices are okay. Travelling from one casino to the other - they DO have a FREE 'mini bus' at Fallsview (new) casino to bring people to Casino Niagara (old casino). Just have your players card ready, just in case bus driver needs to view it.
