Everything was GOOD! I don't know his name but concierge in charge and Laure (I'm sorry if I'm wrong) of F/O is very kindly. location is good. There's no flaw in that. Thank you so much. I will not forget my memories at the hotel.

Attentive staff in a luxuriously appointed hotel and rooms. Very good with kids. Their room had special treats for them etc. Made the stay feel very special. The spa and pool was a lovely surprise.

    Location was excellent, hotel is at Grancy which is a quiet but also very accessible place. Great amenities nearby within walking distance - good boulangerie, cafe de Grancy nearby, migros supermarket nearby. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Great WiFi and gym was decent. Room facilities were good with daily coffee and tea packets, kettle and iron. Lots of hangers too so it was very helpful.

    Location is perfect, just behind the train station, next to café Grancy. Bedroom very nice, hotel very quiet, staff very nice.

    The room was modern, with great decor, a comfortable bed and a walk-in shower, which is better for older people. The location was excellent, being close to the train station and the Grancy Metro, which we used to go down to Ouchy a number of times, as it was so easy. There was a supermarket and restaurants close by. The breakfast room on the 9th floor had beautiful views, and the breakfast was excellent.

    wonderful terrasse for breakfast time. Perfect location, in Lausanne downtown, very close to the railway station, the metro Grancy and the cathedral. Cosy area with lots of nice restaurants and cafés
