Everyone was very professional! the hotel is at an excellent location and all the staff members set an example of politeness, helpfulness, and professionalism. I loved the hotel premises, the cleanliness - EVERYTHING. This is the only hotel that I will book if I visit Shanghai again!

Everything was perfect. The facility appears to be new and clean. The staff is very friendly; I enjoyed an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast for free. There is also a free supper after 9 PM (I didn’t realize that when I reserved my room). The location is very central and the price is reasonable in my opinion, even if I don’t have terms of comparison in the same area.

1. Very convenient for its location to be very near to many tourist spot. 2. Staffs were very friendly, not to mention there was a Malaysia staff that made us feel home. 3.
