Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has been recently renovated, which added a fresh and modern feel to the experience. What made it even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. It's probably the best staff I've ever encountered at any stay. They were always super helpful, and they went the extra mile. Honestly, they were the best part of the trip. The room was decent sized for a single room. The location is great. It borders the old and new. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the room we booked turned to be double booked, they found a solution and we got another room and immediately some refund for the price difference. All people at the reception speak English and doing their best to understand other people. They also helped us with the taxi when the driver lost his way. Overall we had a good impression of the hotel and the neighbourhood. It still has its Chinese identity.

The location is great. Only 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the Metro Line 5 with the shortcut. The staffs are helpful, the beds are big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There are different types of socket in the room so does not matter where are you from, you still can find the right one. If we come back to Beijing, we will book again this hotel.

Maya was extremely helpful and excellent communicator. She was able to make all of my activities bookings, taxi bookings and helped with ordering food at local restaurants. She also helped me with pre-arrival information about getting around Beijing and how to pay for things when in town. Maya's spoken English and English comprehension is also excellent, this made communication very easy and she was able to solve problems easily. I was also lucky to meet with senior staff and share conversation. He is very lucky to have the staff he has. They are an intelligent group of people The room was excellent, good water pressure in shower, clean and modern. I recommend this place to stay.
